In today's episode, we are talking about personal branding and the steps I have taken to build my brand.

• The importance of sharing your perspective: One of the biggest pieces around building your personal brand is sharing your perspective.

• You don’t always have to have ALL the pieces of the puzzle: Be willing to make mistakes, do things, test to see what works for you and what you like. Over time you can refine what it is you're ACTUALLY doing and what you're putting out there.
