About Bukola:

Bukola is the Global HR Director at Heidrick & Struggles, where she collaborates with senior executives and Board Members to develop strategic HR plans that align with business goals.

In 2021, she co-founded Excellerate Black Futures, a social initiative focused on developing young Black professionals through talent programs, leadership coaching, and events. The initiative now partners with executive search firms and organisations to create C-suite opportunities for diverse talent.

As a speaker and consultant, Bukola leverages her decades of HR experience to help organisations transform performance management, leadership, and career development. She specialises in equipping leaders and professionals with the tools to succeed in an evolving workplace, particularly focusing on empowering Black professionals and women.

Bukola is also the host of The 4D Podcast, launched in 2024, which highlights the journeys of Black female leaders. The 4D Podcast.
